使用注意事项

Usage Precautions
Since the chip type of this product remains to be confirmed, the following instructions are provided for both scenarios. Please refer to the applicable section based on the actual product type.
If Used as a Toner Chip:
- Before replacing the toner chip, ensure that the toner cartridge has been fully refilled with toner powder. If a new chip is installed before the toner cartridge is fully replenished, the page counting mechanism may fail to reset correctly, causing the printer to continue displaying a “Toner Low” warning or an insufficient fill level. The new chip will not take effect under such circumstances.
- When installing, pay attention to the orientation of the chip contacts. Avoid bending the chip or causing electrostatic damage.
If Used as a Drum Chip:
- Before replacing the drum chip, verify that the drum unit itself is in good working condition (the OPC drum surface should be free of visible scratches, and the primary charge roller (PCR) and cleaning blade should function properly). If the drum unit is already severely worn, replacing the drum chip alone may still trigger print defects or error codes.
- It is recommended to replace the drum chip together with the entire drum unit to ensure consistent print quality.
